[Amps] How much neutralizing is enough?

Well thats a rather ambiguous question.

In a GG amp what is considered the worse case feedthru when doing a passive 
test with a signal generator?

Ive been looking at a few commercial amps on the SA and the feedthru 
attenuation is all over the place. The amps have been tuned to full power on 
10M and powered down. No controls are touched during testing.
