Depends what 'problems' you are thinking of...
* an air gap of 25mm has more than enought dialelectric strength to deal
with
4Kv DC + many Kv of RF
* you might have an issue with stray C on higher bands, like 28MHz,
depending
on how much circuitary is close to the lid
* you might have problems with restricted air-flow
