[Amps] OT: Help for senior ham

My friend John-N5DRV is 83 years old and in need of tower climbing guards 
for a Rohn 25 tower. Briefly, his tower is located where some small kids 
could potentially climb it and he is scared one will do so and fall and hurt 
or kill themselves. Any leads appreciated.
