I lived in Arizona for a while and had a Henry SS750 that ran more than a KW
out on 40 and 80. Whenever I used it on 40m and a 90's Cadillac was within
eyesight it would die. They always restarted but would have to pull over on
the interstate. I had to be careful to scan ahead and behind and not
transmit if I could see one. It also caused quite a traffic stir if it
rained while I was transmitting. Big fire on the Hustler resonators. Larry
Pace replaced every on that smoked and there were several. That Henry was a
hell of a mobile amp!

They are the same Toyota folks who said nothing is wrong with their cars ??
I remember helping a friend install a 2 Meter FM Radio in his VW. I had to
move the antenna around the vehicle until I found the "sweet spot" where
the engine didn't die when he keyed the mike.
RF and Computers are not always compatible !!
