Dang-it guys. Just when I was starting to be satisfied with SSB you had to
go and make me think about nice, big, plate modulated AM audio again. That
is going to cost me. It takes me back to many winter nights in a very warm
room listening to such nice audio and wonderful smell of transmitter.

I've got a one owner Gates 1Kw AM xmitter which I have to tune up for 160m
It is full of 833s. But I got a free pair of spares so I'll live with them
