[AMPS] Oh, those SMPS designs

Hi.
With all this talk about SMPS designs, have any of
you seen/tried the design from QEX Feb/1991 ?

I have now gathered the parts, Transformer, IXYS FET's
FET drivers, and a appropriate controller IC (unitrode)
for a "prototype", up to 3KW. The thing will be 3 phase
instead of the original 1 phase design. Because of
the 3 phase, I'am using only 1100 uF on the input side.

Any comments ?
