THIS IS FOR JULY 5 2007 NON NS.
Sat down in the shack thinking "NO CONTEST THIS WEEK"... but heard some SNS
action at the top of the hour, so stuck around and asked some guys if there
REALLY WAS an NS tonite. And lo and behold.....!! Was at home this time
and 40 meters is very minimal from here w/ sloper at 35 ft off the tower.
Miss that 4 element. See y'all next time in the REAL NS from over at K7RI.
Nothing but W6 (not that there's anything wrong with W6s) on 40m. N6RO
W6SJ and N6ZFO seemed to be the only guys in California I could work/hear.
Nada on 80...couldn't even hear N6RO ! Very happy w/ Q total...and mults
are as expected with high sun in the sky.
