Comments:

Phew! What a rush! Cycle 23 is here. 40 Hours
operating.
My personal best score, but with these conditions, I'll be in the same
relative position
as ever.

I have to eliminate the S-7 noise on 20m to Europe and on all bands
to SE. Two different power companies are involved. Anyone have any
suggestions on what to say to the power company to motivate them to fix
it? They have had my complaints on file for over three months.

I had a disagreement with one of the multis on who should hold 14.330.
If you have a problem that causes you to go off the air for 30 seconds
or more, should that be my problem just 'cuz I happend to be the
first guy who found the hole you left? Is there a special rule for
multis regarding 'their' calling frequencies that I don't know about?
