Wow, we buried our score from last year despite not having a dedicated
VHF station. We thought condx on 80 were awful and 15 was very
unproductive. Had a couple of ops get their first runs in this one and
fine ones they were. Jim, KD4BAM, got a run going on 20 that cranked
the rate meter up to 102 for a while. Roger, KR4FO had a nice run on 40
that saw the meter climb to 84. Participation seemed better this year.

I'd love to see this contest have a separate Phone and CW weekend. I
would have liked to work more CW but my ops preferred to work phone. It
was a blast, though.
