This was one of those journey's you wonder if you should have started.
Anyway 20 was working well and I should have maybe worked it harder. Hit 40 and
where did the QRN come from. Wondered if a cloud was right above the shack. Then
80 which has always been the wall for me. It had another level of QRN. It really
slowed up with me missing so many jump balls. Plus loads of empty CQ's...
Sorry for the many nr? so many times just missed a number due to QRN.
My sincere thanks to all the GMCC Aspen Ski team members, K0EU, N0TA, K0RF,
WC7S for signing up and working such a FB contest. I got to work you all. Plus
some GMCC members and friends that were in the fray.
Much thanks to all the great ops who have great patience and forebearance with
the "old man" on the western slope of Colorado.
