This contest caught me in the middle of a shack reorganization, so operated
Digital Only with a newly rebuilt DEMI transverter.
Worked my own grid seven times. I seriously need a better antenna for 144 MHz
than my current little wimpy 9-element and I need more power too.
Called many stations that couldn't hear me. Also no hint of 2m e-skip here nor
enhanced propagation.
At least I was on-the-air and I did pick up four new grids on 2m.
