Comments:
Conditions on 40 seemed poor. Florida was almost unreadable and Wisconsin
sounded like it was coming over the pole. Nice to work some friends from my LICW
class. Cut it early because of the conditions and fatigue from CQ WW DX. Mostly
the latter.
