Comments:
Three pet peeves:
- operators that use pre-recorded CQ's where the recorded speech is extremely
quick and not clear then running the recording repeatedly without stopping to
listen for responses.
- operators who do not use the phonetic alphabet, which when combined with a
strong accent makes guessing their call a tough job.
- operators using excessive power, spilling over a large band width
