Comments:
Had trouble getting motivated after traveling to Richmond for a grandson's
soccer playoff game but found conditions to be pretty good. Still wrapped up in
the WS game and some college football which ate into time spent.
Being LP and unassisted with a vertical and slopping wire makes for a lot of VFO
spinning looking for sections and I never did expect to miss only 6 sections
including the elusive LAX. Heard one late Sunday but he was to weak to copy
reliably. Missed SC, LAX, EWA, UT, ONN, and SK. QRM caused 1-2 dupes including
NC3Y which I had as KC3Y. Good fun and always a challenge.
