Comments:
As a contrast to a dead 21 MHz in 1300Z's CWT,
today's strongest signal there was from Axel
DL6KVA (as the only one worked). But I started
out late with 7 MHz settings yielding 31 Q's.
Subsequently 14 MHz was a battle uncorking
USA with Peter N4ZR. All others were weaker
than in the previous session, but with very
clean or trimmed ears as often a single call
was enough to get through. Europe was very
weak as well. My own CQ was only effective
on 7 MHz to raise some response tonight.
X-rays were just below B9 throughout the
session and have been in the low C-levels
for one straight week. Cycle 25 progresses
in pulses with some relapse at times.
