Overall conditions here were pretty good. Got a scare at 0300z on Sunday with a
K of 5 but things calmed down by morning. Had some fairly good runs to Europe
from Alberta. At times there was a cacophony of sound after a CQ but it was
impossible to pick out a call, just a mess of weak signals. Wish I had a bigger
and higher antenna. Worked all the mults I heard but saw spots for some but I
just had no propagation. Activity was a bit relaxed and didn't get up for the
midnight openings over the pole. Maybe just getting too old.
