Comments:
My 160 antenna has not arrived. This was all with 30 watts to my 80 meter
dipole.
I was working on some DXLog code and figured I would try it out Saturday night.
I needed to be spotted so I called CQ. And I got some answers. I also tuned up
the band and called people.
I think I heard one European. But I was able to work two Caribbean stations and
as far west as VE6 and Utah. So conditions must have been pretty good.
Meanwhile there is enough snow that if the 160 antenna does show up I can't
install it. I'm still hoping to have it for the ARRL DX contest.
