Comments:
With a little pistol station and poor CW/typing skills, I approach
big CW contests with the idea of having fun with the challenge. I
do like them better than Phone contests. I had my usual two goals:
1 - A personal best score
2 - AK on 80 for my last 5BWAS state
Well, one for two -- I didn't even hear AK on 80, even though I got
up at 5:30 on Saturday and 4:30 on Sunday. (I did see KL7RA spotted.)
I had no 6-banders and three 5-banders. Unfortunately HQ9X was only
a 3-bander. (I manually edited the N3FJP history file to add the YCCC
stations, which did allow me to spot the few I worked.)
Sunday afternoon: 20m signals from northern Europe all sounded watery,
almost like aurora! Did anyone else notice this?
Real BIC time = 15 hours. "Official" (60 min) time = 20.5 hours

20: HB Moxon @ 36ft

80/40: Modified AD DX-CC running NW-SE
160: Hy-Power 75/160 loaded dipole, running S-N
Southern leg straight to one corner of yard
Northern end turning to E after 25' and then SE
after another 30' to fit into my 60x100 back yard
Logger: N3FJP Contest Log V 6.0
100% S/C&P due to my meager CW & typing skills
