Comments:
Started 6 minutes late with 7 MHz settings
and worked the symbolic 7 stations before
moving to 14 MHz to spend much time with
the weak DX. Britain has almost completely
been blocked out on all bands in today's
sessions. Even 50 MHz Es has been at very
low levels. A long B8-flare started at
1920Z and flutter got very fast, and near
the session's end the Southern States got
somewhat stronger. There was also a weak
increase in proton flux. Went again to
7 MHz for the last 6 minutes to complete
