First time to participate in this contest. As Poland is a large country with big
ham community, then the cw activity could have been a bit better… Never got a
direct path to SP on 20m, most of the stations were barely audible and worked
from other directions. Also noticed a bad habit that many operators suffer from
- a skimmer spot does not mean that you don't have to send your call-sign at
all! In many cases I logged a QSO just trusting the spot, as there was a
constant pile-up and the running SP station did not bother to send his call
within several minutes! This is not a good operating procedure and may turn you
down in more serious contests, hi!
