First of all, apologies to all the folks that I simply could not copy. 40 was
especially weird, some folks were 20 over and others in the same state were in
the noise. The G5RV had issues in the CW portion of 40 and the tuner did not
help, that did not help my score. Started on 20 phone to be a "good
neighbor" but rapidly realized not much was going to happen. Very little
activity from the west coast on all bands. Got a call on 80 from Bob Heil, who
complemented me on my audio! I guess he could tell I was using a Pro7 headset.
Thanks to all the county line folks, that always helps the multiplier total.
Wish this new solar cycle would start to pick up, many more Q's in the log just
a few years ago. This was my 46th state QSO party, happy to make the sweep.
