Spent a few hours in the local parks chasing stations in the CQP and other
events going on. Gave out a few contacts to the CA folks. Running 100w
mobile with six foot mast on rear trunk deck with resonators horizontal from
park near Dallas TX. Usually try for a 100Qs. Didn't find 3 of the 4
counties I needed on cw but got one of them. Caught K6AQL mobile in a few but
didn't hear any other mobiles.
