I didn't have time to do this contest but I had never done QTC before and wanted
the experience, and so I was able to give away a few points. Hat's off to the
euro ops who were receiving QTCs - the more that I operate, the more that I find
the (very distant) upper limit of operating ability is even higher than I
thought.
