Band was open to EU early and often, which presents its own set of problems:
very hard to find and hold a run freq! Almost all of my DX Qs came from S&P.
The signals from EU peaked well before their sunrise the second night (not sure
about first night as I didn't stay up). And, they were surprisingly good copy on
my NW RX ant, broadside to them, which was good because local noise plagues the
NE one. Missed ND, WY, and HI for WAS.
Hope the run of good low band propagation keeps going through ARRL DX in a few
