Comments:
The forecast for storms both days never materialized either day so I had a lot
of off time saved up for Sunday and it came in handy because when I got up
Sunday morning my SO2R would not power up. Even being careful since I was sleep
deprived I managed to break a pc mounted pot and never did get it going. If this
had happened earlier in the contest I would have quit but since I had a fair
amount of off time I made the decision to make the best of it.
Missed some good hours in the morning wasting time trouble shooting. So Sunday
I was single radio and sent by hand which is not my forte by any means. I
pitied the stations later on Sunday trying to copy my number. I did use a K3
memory for the CQ.
Conditions not bad and I worked ~20 Europeans on 15.
