Comments:
Not quite as good as last year when I was at the cottage. The remote worked
reasonably well, but I did lose internet for a while during prime time when the
storm blew past the station. Static was pretty bad Saturday evening due to the
storm as well, so I didn't do much on 80m with the S7 to S9 noise floor. The 80m
Yagi is going up in a few weeks and I'm installing a receive array as well. That
should make the low bands more tolerable.
It's interesting how the activity explodes near the end as 40m opens up to
Europe. I'm afraid that I left a lot on the table at the end.
