Part-time operation ended up with 413 contacts. Nothing heard on 10 meters,
very few QSOs on 15, 20 meter was too close to Moscow and missed many contacts
with too weak signals. 40-160 meters more or less like expectation.
Like all contests with national or regional limitations, this became like a S/P
feast. SPDX and SAC would in many ways benefit from All Work All concept,
especially during sunspot minimum years.
