Comments:
IQP personal best. Good rates at the beginning and towards the end. 40M started
strong, then faded a bit but it came back.
Definitely down on the county count this year vs. last year but still made
enough Q's to beat last year's score and set a new PB.
At one point, I was averaging 6 Q's a minute.
