Limited activity and limited antennas!
Started on Saturday evening, using a wire dipole for 40m and a vertical for 80m.
No antennas for 20m-15m-10m as such. Spent the entire time (apart from the last
hour or so) just S&Ping Prefixes. Had one CQ session on 40m and one CQ
session on 80m at the end of the contest, otherwise it was S&Ping the whole
time.
Using a 20m vertical wire (i.e the 80m quarter-wave vertical) force-tuned on 20m
made it quite a struggle to work some of the more distant DX. Congrats to those
W6/W7s who pulled me through!
As ever with the CQ-WPX-Contest, there was plenty of activity which made the
contest really enjoyable.
