Conditions were OK considering we are near the bottom of the Sun Spot Cycle. The
K index was a little high causing some signal to be weaker than normal. Very
little DX was worked. The Es helped make up for the below average conditions.
Although some say Es does not happen on 20 meters, it was very obvious Sporadic
E was making very short skip on 20 meters. Again because of the Es 15 was often
open, but few noticed it. Conditions improved the last couple hours of the
party, making 40 meters nice for Pam to finish up there on SSB.
