Comments:
Typical NS night. Some great stretches, with couplets followed by another answer
on the inactive radio. Other times, one jump ball after another lost. Five
minute segments: 7,12, 9, 4 (UGH), 9 and a tough 5 to finish, with some
spectacular bad luck in the last minute. Probably fell behind Mr. Art next door
in LA.
Had bad noise at times on 15 (gotta track it down, as it's local) and 40 was
flat-out noisy all night. Could not pull several stations out of both bands.
Tnx to W9RE for a four-bagger (almost a fiver, but lost a jumper to KZ5D on 160
near the end) and to NO3M, W8WTS, and K0AD for three baggers.
Fun as always. See youall in the IARU. Will be SOAB-HP CW.
73, Jim N3BB
