Comments:
First 160M QRO contacts with the newly installed AL-80B. Worked FB into the
inverted-L. Homebrew T-match tuner handled up to 500W without spitting, but
then I backed away from the edge and ran about 400W for the duration I was on.
Not many stations to work. The only one I heard but didn't make it through to
was N2ED, but I heard him work VA7EU not long after I stopped calling. Sigh.
KH6ZM wasn't strong but with the RF gain backed away I managed to get clear
copy for 10 points.
