I was doing antenna work right up to the start of the contest like normal! I
had too many interruptions that I should have scheduled for time off and forgot
about that rule. On the air time was about 7 to 8 hours. I managed to get one Q
on 160 but had 40 over noise from a storm qrn. 75 meters was rough as I was
having trouble hearing the reports. At times it seemed like it was field day as
I was wondering where those operators came form? With interruptions, poor band
conditions, and not being a dx contest it was hard for me to get to interested
in the contest. But it was still fun as I worked a lot of club members also. I
will have to try harder in the next ssb naqp.
