Comments:
What a difference a year makes. Conditions have dropped significantly since this
event in 2015. The usual bread and butter Z15/16 and USA/VE QSOs just weren't
there due to the propagation. Using a single fixed low antenna didn't help the
longer skip stations and it took a lot of patience to make some of the QSOs.
States, provinces and zones all well down on last year although the DXCC count
was similar. Still there were a couple of all time new ones in there and a few
new RTTY slots so some good results did come of it.
Usual low key set-up. IC756 ProIII. Expert 1K-FA. Fixed wire inverted V at 6m.
One patient operator!
