Found my Hi-Z four square had gone deaf just as the contest was starting. Was
forced to listen on the transmit antennas. Fortunately, there was little QRN,
but I was defenseless against the QRM of would-be jammers and guys trying to
operate less than 1 kHz away! Conditions to the west seemed poor on Saturday
night, but managed to snag more Europeans.
