Comments:
VY1AAA called me twice at ESP. The first time was Saturday evening on 20M. I
turned the bottom yagi in the right direction but no joy, so I turned the top
antenna and couldn't make the QSO. I suppose I should have left them pointed
away since I heard the station on first call. I completed the QSO on 80m hours
later. The last mult was ND, but I also sweated EWA. I wound up with multiple
QSOs with each section except NT. I am really happy about that remote
operation.
It seemed it was relatively easy to find a frequency. I did have one staton
give me number 000 - triple zero - and he gave it twice before giving a real
number.
After the first 4 hours, all over 100, I was ahead of my all time pace, but
went in the tank in the 5th hour. Perhaps I was late getting to 20m.
