Comments:
Nick and Peter are the regulars at the VE3EJ's and since John was not on this
year - they didn't mind taking a 500 km trip to my place. This worked well for
me too since I was not much in a mood to operate SO SSB for 42+ hours.
Overall I was not amazed by the conditions. 160 was pretty bad and the second
night was noisy on all low bands. I was happy that 10 was somewhat open and we
ended up with a good number of multipliers, but the openings to Europe were not
that great and long enough from here.
We were getting along very well as a team. Wish we had one more operator so we
could socialize more during the breaks.
