Nice WW activity this time, most probably due to the WRTC-process.
As I see the list of received logs, again we have strange ionospheric behavior
- some LP stations were much stronger than most HPs, especially in EU.
Is it possible that the Maxwell's theory changes in WRTC-qualification years ?
