Comments:
I was away from my usual Multi-op (W6YX), so I was able
to experience this contest as Single-Op. Great Fun!
Never did I imagine I could make 400 QSOs while QRP in
a July NAQP RTTY! The QRP record is only 409 QSOs! My
goals were to concentrate on getting the station humming
well, and then have a good time.
The station worked well and having a good time was easy.
There were lots of friendly ops. The lack of 10m brought
everyone to 15/20. The mid-afternoon lag brought my first
time-off break. High winds caused a brief power outage
for another break. Then a powerful QRP push on 40/80 to
the end :)
I'm glad I got to enjoy it Single-op for a change.
Thanks for the contacts!
