K3/10 running "QRO" at 10 watts to either a 74' dipole up 50' or an
inverted ell with the corner at 57' up. Both fed with ladder lines and Johnson
Matchbox tuners. My score isn't very exciting, but working all 59 WRTC stations
is ! All QSO's with them were on 40 M, CW. WOW ! Those guys have great ears !
Before sunset WRTC's were about S5 - S7, and my sigs were - 10 dB from theirs
due to transmitter power differential. Again, great ears. 73, Dan ke0g
