15M was quite a bit better than 20M this weekend. C-class flaring on Sunday
didn't have a major impact on 15M, but something got to signals on 20M making
that band very rough going over the pole.
After dawn Sunday morning had a couple of 20M spot-driven runs that were just a
din of low-power callers all the same strength just above the noise, and the
occasional QRO station jumping out above them all. Ended up with one less
country than last year on 20M, and the same as last year on 15M.
10M was dead throughout. Missed 40M prime time Friday and Saturday evenings due
to high school reunion (30th), but still was just one country and a few Qs short
of last year's 40M output.
Thanks to DARC and all the EU stations getting on for this one. It was great
fun.
