Comments:
Had to leave after 2 hours for a previous engagement. That'll teach me to put
the sprint on the calendar ... got September and next February already
planned.
Used a Yagi on 20 for a change but didn't seem to help rate much compared to my
vertical. I guess domestic signals are strong enough that rate is dominated by
operator skill. Nonetheless, I felt I had fewer busted QSOs and fewer incidents
of CQing without a fairly quick answer.
Did not attempt SO2V this time, though I believe it would improve my rate
considerably if I could master it.
