Comments:
Conditions Friday night were very noisy with S-9 static crashes, making copy
difficult for this cw-challenged operator. Saturday night was much better. The
band was not at all crowded both nights and there was plenty of room to spread
out. Overall I had fun and that is what it is all about.
I ran a KW into a full-size 80M four-square but I still had problems being
heard by many of the European stations. On the other hand when I tried running
there were many that I had to ask for repeats due to all the noise.
