Condx??? It's hard to comment on something that didn't really exist.
It became apparent early on that time would be better spent enjoying the nice
weather. For a Russian-focused contest you'd like to be able to work Russians.
I got a whole 17 of 'em! Last Russian worked was at 1636z. 1900z hour was
pretty good to western and southern EU, then that door shut as well. Didn't
bother to hang around for the nighttime stuff.
Maybe next year!
