I couldn't hear anything on the SE beverage - the very biggest
signals were unreadable on it. Used the NE beverage which
seemed to work ok, but only heard a few Europeans - quite a
let down after working 48 of them last year. QRN pretty
bad on the 80 four-square, too. Had 40 fewer mults on 80
and 160 than last year!
Had a little run of Europeans on 10 Saturday morning, but
it didn't repeat on Sunday. Still waiting for 10 to open
like in 2002, when I had about 850 Qs on 10. I tried to run
more this year lower in the bands, with some success. For
the first time in many a year, I had less than 1,000 S&P
QSOs (827).
