Conditions weren't nearly as good as I expected, but still managed to wipe out
my previous best by a wide margin -- mostly thanks to a few more countries on
40M.
Only one frequency mishap when an overly exuberant 8-lander (an FOC member, no
less) opened up on top of me while I was working a weak EA, after I had been
running for 15 minutes. Lost the Q due to his QRM. Wouldn't take my QSY request
and kept on CQing over me -- then told me to QSY. So off I went, with a memory
like an elephant.
Enjoyed a weak opening to Europe on 15M, but it was pretty thin. Managed a few
more countries there than last year, but fewer Qs.
Have to sit out Sunday due to travel. Be on for SARTG RTTY.
