Comments:
As K2DRH mentioned the activity at the start was good though there were no
openings. After a couple of hours things really dropped off. 6M did open around
0000z and again for about 3 hours mid-day on Sunday which was nice. Never really
had any high rate periods as the openings seemed to cover 4,5, or 6 grids at a
time. Fortunately the band seemed to shift around so it stayed interesting. As
is typical in this contest things were slow when 6 was not open and 2M stayed
slow throughout.
Oddest moment was when K5QE was in on 144.200 for at least 90 seconds working
W6SAI just before 1200z Sunday morning. Must have been one amazing meteor for
them to be in for that long but could not get their attention as they were
going back and forth with SAI.
Tnx for the Q's and to W1XX and CQ for putting on this contest.
73, Jeff K1TEO
