Comments:
Plan was to get just sufficient points for a placing in the Top Ten, not a
full-blown 36 hour effort (just 32 hours), I planned the same last year and
ended up 'outside the box' at around 12th place. Will see what happens this
time :-)
It's unfortunate that some stations didn't follow the new rules and were heard
making Qs outside the band segments - I missed a couple of mults on 40M because
of this. The rules clearly state that NO operation to take place within
specific segments and a clear violation will be deemed sufficient cause for
disqualification.
How will the DARC enforce this?
