Early evening of the first day, I heard lots of W6/7 and called many times with
no luck. The first station I worked was W8JI at 12:32 UTC. Kudos to his
outstanding reception ability (as is always)! Unfortunately this was the last
EC station I could work during the contest. The condition was not good. I
worked almost all stations I heard except for a few who could not copy me.
Well, my signal might not be impressive. Those who worked me should proud of
your good ear!
I used IC-7800+TL-933 (1kW Japanese legal limit), an end-loaded vertical
