The contest started out with good Es on 6 meters for the first hour and a half
and then the band started to poop out for me. A few minor Es openings occured
after that, but nothing to write home about. There was some tropo on 6 on
Saturday evening and Sunday early evening. I missed quite a few of the regulars
on 2 meters and caught only one tropo opening. Didn't hear a peep on 432. Within
10 minutes after the contested ended (12 minutes since my last contact on 6m),
strong winds took my 6 meter loop down. Maybe it was not the wind, but
neighbors who used it for target practicing to send me a friendly message about
TVI. ;-)
Thanks for all the Qs!
